/policies/:id/system-apps

Returns the materialized system apps for a policy — the preinstalled/system apps the reconciler has observed on the policy's devices — with each one's current hidden flag. Used by the "Standard" experience-mode hiding UI. Enterprise-scoped from the JWT.
